GMA exec tells truth about the offer to Sarah Geronimo amid the rumors.
SARAH GERONIMO – GMA-7 executive makes clarification about the rumors of the network’s offer for Sarah Geronimo’s transfer.
Senior Vice President for GMA Entertainment Group Ms. Lilybeth G. Rasonable finally ends rumors about the transfer of Ultimate Pop Superstar in the Philippine entertainment world Sarah Geronimo. In a previous article, there was a rumor circulating about the Php 800-million worth of contract for Popstar’s transfer.
The transfer rumors have eventually gotten intense because Geronimo has not been appearing in any Kapamilya shows. And it seems like the transfer rumors are not true. Last Sunday, July 24, Sarah returned to Kapamilya Sunday musical variety show Asap Natin ‘To.
And GMA Exec Rasonablep confirmed this. Accordingly, there had been no talks between the Kapuso network and Viva regarding Sarah’s transfer.
“Ang tagal na din namin nadidinig ‘yan, but no. Wala kaming offer for Sarah G,” she directly said based on a report from PEP.
As much as many are aware, Sarah’s career kicked off after winning “Star for a Night”. She was rewarded with a recording contract with Viva Records and since then, her career became unstoppable rising.
She is a singer who won many awards like 12 Awit Awards, 8 Aliw Awards, 28 Myx Music Awards, and a FAMAS Golden Artist Award. She is also an actress with three GMMSF Box Office Queen titles.
She is also an effective endorser with multiple endorsements from companies like Jollibee, Colgate, Fern-C, Maggi Supreme Sarap, Sunsilk, San Marino Corned Tuna, Sangobion, Banco de Oro, Cebuana Lhuillier, and many more.
She is married to actor Matteo Guidicelli. Her return to ASAP indicates that she’s not going anywhere despite her network’s lack of franchise to operate.
