Fitness is for everyone and fitness is a need. Health experts say that being fit is an indication of a healthy body and having a healthy body leads to a happy and longer life. And for Andi Eigenmann, getting fit again is a long process but she proved the wonders her patience and consistency did.
After giving birth to Koa, her third child, she gained a lot. She had a flabby stomach and big arms. Also, her old clothes did not fit her anymore after giving birth.
She did not hide it. She also did not edit her photos on social media just to improve her flaws. She let people it and this is the kind of realness from her that many people have actually admired.
After Koa, she has been working out and it seems like it’s now paying off.
The Siargao-based vlogger shared a video on her Instagram account sharing that she’s now returned to boxing with the guidance of her coach. The following clips in her short video also showed photos of her before and after her decision to work out the excess pounds.
She has an amazing body transformation and it is so inspiring.
“The diet plays a big part in this fitness journey, specially when the goal is to shed some weight. But choosing physical activities and sports to enjoy enough to do regularly is a good tip to be consistent!” she also said leaving some tips to her followers.
