MJ LASTIMOSA – Beauty queen and actress MJ Lastimosa channels her inner ‘Marimar’ in new beach photos.

Mary Jean Ramirez Lastimosa, better known by her stage name MJ Lastimosa, is a Filipino-Arabian model, actor, tv host, and winner of several beauty pageants.

In 2014, she won Miss Universe Philippines and finished in the Top 10 at Miss Universe. She was born on November 23, 1987, and spent her childhood in the North Cotabato province’s Tulunan town.

MJ Lastimosa earned an honors degree in computer engineering from the University of Mindanao in Davao City. Before competing in Binibining Pilipinas, she competed in several local pageants, including Mutya ng University of Mindanao and Mutya ng Dabaw 2008. She won the Reyna ng Aliwan 2008 competition while representing Davao and the Kadayawan Festival at the Pasay Aliwan Festival. In a previous article, MJ shared the lessons she got from pageantry.

The 34-year-old celebrity is being admired by many pageant fans not just for being a beauty queen, but also because of her gorgeous IG-worthy snaps. Recently, she sizzled in her newest beach photos.

In a post on her Instagram account last July 12, MJ Lastimossa uploaded her latest beach pics. As expected, her stunning pics instantly caught the attention of her friends and fans.

Channeling her inner ‘Marimar,’ the beauty queen was seen donning strappy printed coordinates as she struck a pose like Primetime Queen Marian Rivera who played the lead star in the PH adaptation of the Mexican tv series Marimar. The show aired on the Kapuso network in 2007.

In the caption of the post, she wrote: “Inihahandog ng Cocomelon Productions, ang pag babalik ni Marimar Aw Aw”
