Celeste Cortesi denied rumored breakup with Jonathan Sterling
Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Celeste Cortesi shared a post, stating that she and British software developer Jonathan Sterling are “good.”
A rumor just recently surfaced claiming that Jonathan, who is the father of Celeste’s child, left her to be with actress Bianca Manalo. To recall, Celeste announced her pregnancy last April and is expected to give birth in October. This made her fans excited and she received heartwarming messages of love and support for this new chapter in her life.
Sparkle GMA Artist Center immediately debunked the allegations against Bianca. The actress also shared the official statement on her Instagram page. Even though she received support from several netizens, some also bashed her for certain issues in the past, such as being linked to actor Rob Gomez when she was still with Senator Win Gatchalian.
Celeste Cortesi also addressed the issue. Through her Instagram Story, she shared a sweert selfie with Jonathan Sterling. In the caption of her post, Celeste stressed that she and Jonathan are good.
“Our focus remains on caring for our child, Sergio, and supporting our family,” she said. Celeste also believed that some situations call for greater consideration and respect, especially this involved a child and a family.
The beauty queen reiterated that their priority is their family and, their time, energy, and attention, are focused on this. “With that said, people can now relaz and focuz on their own lives instead. Thank you,” Celestre said.
Celeste Cortesi was known in the world of pageantry for winning two major national pageants. Before she was crowned as Miss Univeres Philippines 2022, she was hailed as Miss Earth Philippines 2018.
She had her first acting cameo in the series finale of Mars Ravelo’s Darna, playing Kevnar, the Queen of Marte, in February 2023. Initially, she signed with Sparkle GMA Artist Center, but she eventually joined Viva Artists Agency (VAA).
