Cops Arrest 2 Suspects in Las Piñas Over Attempted Robbery

LAS PIÑAS CITY – Two suspects have been arrested by the police authorities after attempted robbery failed.

Nowadays, robbery has been one of the major problems not only in the Philippines but also in various regions all around the world. Some criminals have no choice but to commit crimes due to lack of job opportunities.

The Philippine government is implementing stricter policy but the crimes continue to exist behind the knowledge of the authorities. The rate of criminality continue to increase despite the stricter rules and regulations.

Attempted Robbery

Installing CCTV cameras at home or business establishments can be a great help to prevent crimes or identify the suspects. Criminals will be subject to corresponding sanctions and penalties depending on their violation.

The CCTV captured one of the suspects roaming outside of an establishment. The culprits were able to break into the establishment. A witness immediately reported the incident to the police authorities.

The police officers immediately responded to the scene. The cops entered the establishment and arrested the suspects who have been identified as Marvin and Ricky Torion. The suspects were siblings.

The authorities recovered the vault containing over P100, 000 and screwdrivers they have used to perform the crime. The thieves refused to give a statement regarding the incident.

The establishment owner has yet to give a statement regarding the attempted robbery incident.
