Lovi Poe is a K-drama fan
Kapamilya actress Lovi Poe shared her photo with South Korean star Kim Soo Hyun who recently visited the Philippines.
Soo Hyun starred in the hit K-drama series My Love From A Star, It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, One Ordinary Day, and many more. Just like many K-drama stars, Soo Hyun also has a big fandom in the Philippines.
Last week, Soo Hyun arrived in Manila for his fan meet. It was made possible by the clothing brand Bench. During the fan meet, the Hallyu star went emotional upon seeing the overwhelming reactions from his Filipino fans.
An interview was held as well and after that, the photo op was done, and even stars in the Philippines waiting for their turn to have a photo with Kim Soo Hyun. One of the celebrities in the country who joined the fan meet was Lovi Poe.
The actress shared a photo with the South Korean star in her recent Instagram post. “Let it be known…pumila ako guys,” the Kapamilya star said. Lovi also thanked Sir Ben, apparently Ben Chan of Bench, for giving her this kind of opportunity. She is also an endorser of the said clothing brand.
“Thank you Sir Ben for making all of us Kfans happy (smiling face with heart eyes emoji) @benchtm,” the actress wrote.
Meanwhile, Lovi is also currently doing a series that was based on the K-drama series Flower of Evil. The actress has been sharing behind-the-scenes photos and videos. Her onscreen partner in her first series as a Kapamilya is Piolo Pascual. The trailer of the series was launched last June 1 and fans are already excited about this first onscreen team-up of Piolo and Lovi.
