Cesar Montano, Diego Loyzaga To Portray Father & Son Ferdinand, Bongbong Marcos Jr. In ‘Maid In Malacañang’
CESAR MONTANO – Father and son Cesar Montano, Diego Loyzaga will play father and son Ferdinand, Bongbong Marcos Jr. in ‘Maid In Malacañang.’
Veteran actor Cesar Montano is among the celebrities who support the candidacy of Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Sara Duterte-Carpio. Last month, he shared a video of himself with vice president-elect Sara Duterte signing his shirt.
After the 2022 election, the 59-year-old actor sent a message to the critics of Bongbong and Sara. He urged them to respect the majority decision and support the new president so that he can succeed for the benefit of the entire country.
Controversial director Darryl Yap recently made some announcements regarding his movie “Maid In Malacañang” on his Facebook page. He chose Cesar Montano to play the late former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr. in the movie. Diego Loyzaga, Cesar’s son, was cast as Marcos’ son, President-elect Bongbong Marcos.
Darryl gave a preview by posting a photo where 2 tv screens can be seen on the back with the image of Cesar Montano and Diego Loyzaga.

In a previous article, Darryl Yap revealed that actress-beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez will play former First Lady Imelda Marcos. Following this, Ruffa shared her throwback photos with Emelda. It came with a caption, “Through the years with the one and only, Madame Imelda Romualdez Marcos (red heart emoji).”
The 35-year-old director has not yet announced who will play the role of maid of the Marcos family. The film that will be released under Viva Films will reportedly show “the last 72 hours of the Marcoses inside the Palace through the eyes of one reliable source.”
