After a few moments, Lelane found her husband’s unconscious body lying on the ground. At first, the woman thinks that her partner suffered a heart attack but she found two wounds on the latter’s forehead.

The family brought the victim to the hospital but the latter passed away before reaching the health institution. Vigan City Veterinarian Dr. Rayeth Robeniol also explained the reasons why snakes attack.

Siyempre kapag po gutom sila at stress na rin or kun meron pong intruder sa kanilang lungga or pwede rin kung kakaitlog nila as a mother’s instinct ng mga hayop rin, yung itsura po ng mga aggressive na snake lalo na kapag cobra yung distinct po talaga yung jaw extension, standing erect at nag-iipit po siya ng venom,” Robeniol said.
