The ITCZ will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy weather over Bicol Region, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Northern Samar.

The Localized Thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy condition with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Apayao, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao and Benguet as well as the rest of Mindanao.

The entire Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro as well as the rest of the country will experience similar weather condition.

However, generally fair weather will prevail over Luzon including Metro Manila due to the monsoon break.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will be slight.
