PAGASA Says Frontal System To Bring Rains Over Parts of PH
The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the frontal system will bring rains over some parts of the country.
On Tuesday (May 17, 2022), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The frontal system will affect the country’s weather condition.
PAGASA reported that the Frontal System will be affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. It will bring cloudy weather condition with rains over Ilocos Norte, Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
The Localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy condition with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Apayao, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao and Benguet.
The entire Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro as well as Metro Manila and the rest of the country will bring experience similar weather condition.
The weather agency has also advised the public to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains and during severe thunderstorms.

The coastal water condition over northern Luzon will be moderate to rough. The rest of Luzon and the rest of the country will be slight to moderate, according to the weather bureau.
