Ogie Diaz acknowledges BBM and Inday Sara’s win
Comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz, who is a known Kakampink, shared his “pakiusap” to UniTeam supporters after he has accepted that the tandem of Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte won the 2022 elections.
Ogie joined several rallies of the team of Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Kiko Pangilinan. He is one of the Kapamilya celebrities who avidly campaigned for the Leni-Kiko tandem.
In a recent Facebook Post, Ogie shared his thought on the election result. He said that some UniTeam supporters wrote mean comments against him like “Iyak kayo ngayon. Talo Mama Leni n’yo.. O, ano na? Nanahimik kayo ngayon? Di ba, kayo diyan ang maiingay?”
Ogie Diaz stressed that there is no need to argue about this. “Kung si BBM/Sara man ang nanalo, to be honest, walang problema sa akin. Eh, yan ang pasya ng majority, eh. Lalo na kung sa malinis na paraan nanalo,” the comedian-talent manager said.
On the other hand, Ogie admitted that he was saddened by the result of the 2022 elections and their candidates did not win. However, he is saddened on behalf of the welfare of the country because as an individual, he can still provide for his family and has a stable job.
Just like what BBM promised regarding the P20/ kilo price of rice, Ogie said that he is also expecting this to happen not for himself only but also for all the Filipinos. He also wished that this will also apply to other important commodities.
After accepting the win of the BBM-Sara tandem, the comedian-talent manager has this “pakiusap” to UniTeam supporters. “Pero ito, wa echos talaga. Cross my heart. Sa mga BBM supporters, kasama n’yo ako pag me magagandang plano na maisasakatuparan para sa bayan ang susunod nating Pangulo. Pero pag may mali, may anomalya, may korapsyon, sana, magkakasama rin tayong sumita at i-call out ang dapat i-call out.,” Ogie Diaz said.
He also said that he can praise those who are diligently doing their responsibilities to the people and to the country.
