Are Jeremy Jauncey and Pia Wurtzbach engaged?
Beautiful Destinations CEO Jeremy Jauncey has this reactions when asked about engagement rumors with his girlfriend Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.
The engagement rumors started to circulate when Pia shared photos with Jeremy during their dinner date at BĂĽrgenstock Resort. Netizens commented that the Fil-German beauty appeared to be hiding her ring finger in the photos and speculations surfaced that she and Jeremy might be an engaged couple already.
Previously, someone close to Pia clarified that there was no engagement that happened and Jeremy has not proposed yet.
In a recent report from ABS-CBN, Jeremy Jauncey was personally asked about the engagement rumors. The businessman is currently in the country for the World Travel and Tourism Summit as he is known as one of the most influential personalities in the travel industry.
The said event aims to make the travel industry in the Philippines booming again as other countries are also bouncing back from the effects of the pandemic.
He said that he feels happy to be back to the Philippines. Pia even mentioned in her Instagram post that the country is the second home of her boyfriend. Jeremy said that before he had no idea about the Filipino culture and he only knew about this when he visited the country.
“I met Filipinos, I got to experience hospitality, I realized how amazing the country was. That is the power of travel and so I hope I can inspire people to get out to he world,” he said.
When Jeremy Jauncey was asked if he already proposed to Pia Wurtzbach, his immediate reaction was a laugh. “I cannot comment about that, I’m afraid” he added.  Â
