A content creator impersonated the famous characters of Jodi Sta Maria
Kapamilya actress Jodi Sta Maria reacted to the videos of content creator AC Soriano who impersonated her famous characters from her teleseryes.
Jodi played lead roles in several Kapamilya series and her characters always touch the hearts of her viewers. Just recently, a series of videos featuring impersonations of her characters caught her attention, based on the article in Inquirer.
AC Soriano did an Instagram Live and he did impersonations of Jodi Sta Maria’s characters including Maya Dela Rosa from “Be Careful with My Heart,” Amor Powers from “Pangako Sa’ Yo,” Marissa Pineda from “Ang sa Iyo ay Akin” and Jill Illustre of “The Broken Marriage Vow.”
Reportedly, Jodi was sending thumbs up and heart emojis during the “Be Careful with My Heart” musical number of AC. The actress also sent a clapping emoji when the content creator delilvered the line “Matitikman ninyo ang batas ng isang api!” from “Pangako Sa’ Yo.”
“Ang effort nito [AC],” Jodi said to her impersonator. AC had a witty title for this Instagram Live production, “Jodi Sta Maria: The Unauthorized Rusical.”
The line of Jodi in The Broken Marriage Vow which was featured in the scene wherein Sue Ramirez hit her head has become an iconic scene for many fans. Many netizens have been referencing her line, “Your daughter… is sleeping with my husband.”
A netizen tweeted this line that the Kapamilya actress had and she replied with a laugh.
Meanwhile, Jodi has been receiving positive feedback about her performance in her current series with Sue and Zanjoe Marudo. This series was based on the British TV series Doctor Foster which also had a South Korean version titled The World Of The Married.
