Netizen Airs Dismay Towards Drinking Water Supplier Over Dirty Container
A certain netizen lambasted her drinking water supplier over dirty container, which affects the water quality.
The Facebook page “Grateful Mom & Family” has shared the photos of dirty drinking water container, which affects the quality of drinking water. The photos circulate online and elicits comments from the netizens.
The anonymous sender has shared her bad experience with her water supplier for failing to clean the container. She noticed the cloudy and greenish color of the water during her last refill.
Initially, the sender thought that the glass might be dirty and transferred the water from the container into a drinking bottle. She got shocked after realizing that the container has green algae.
The sender read some article online that some type of algae is harmless to human but she wanted to stay on the safe side. It was her first time to experience such incident from water refilling stations.
However, she remain thankful because none of them suffered diarrhea or other illness after drinking the alleged contaminated water.

“Gaano ka katiwala sa Drinking Water Supplier mo?
Pasintabi po sa mga umiinom / kumakain.
I just want to share this incident na na experience po namin.
Nung isang gabi huling refill na lang sa baso ang tubig sa basyo nang mapansin naming malabo ang tubig. May pagka greenish at cloudy yung tubig. Nagtaka kami baka kako yung baso lang yun. But we transferred sa bote, pero ganun talaga. Kaya binuksan namin ang basyo, ito ang nakita namin – may lumot! Naubos pa namin yung buong basyo bago namin nalaman na may lumot pala ang iniinom namin. Though the internet says that some type of algae or ‘lumot’ is harmless to human body, syempre it is best to be on the safe side.
Mabuti na lang naka bukod pa ng water si Amara sa aming adults. Sa tagal naming umoorder ng drinking water sa refilling stations, ngayon lang kami naka-experience ng ganito. Hindi namin inakalang possible mangyari to. Thank God, wala naman pong sumakit ang tiyan sa amin. And syempre lumipat na po kami ng supplier.
Kaya make sure, dear parents, na maayos po, malinis at masipag mag linis ng containers ang mga pinagpapa-refillan ninyo ng drinking water.

EDIT: Bago po kami kumuha sa kanila, malinaw sa amin na included sa service nila ang linisin ang mga containers ng customer kasama ng pick-up & deliver. Kaya sa kanila namin pinagkatiwala ang paglinis ng container, which is a lesson learned para sa amin.”
