Video of Motorcycle Rider Who Accidentally Hits Woman & Son Over Kid’s Unexpected Action Elicits Comments Online
SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA – A motorcycle rider accidentally hits a woman and her son along the road due to kid’s unexpected action.
The CCTV footage in Brgy. Calulut in San Fernando, Pampanga caught the tragic accident happened in the area. A motorcycle rider accidentally hits a woman and her son along the road.
In the video, it can be seen that the woman is chasing her son along the sidewalk. The two happily plays and everything seems to be fine after the boy stopped from running. However, the toddler suddenly run away and went into the middle of the road.
Unfortunately, the kid did not notice the approaching motorcycle and the woman saved her son. She sacrificed herself to protect her son from the collision. The woman probably suffered injuries and lost her consciousness after the incident.
The motorcycle rider quickly run away and did not even stopped to check the victim’s health condition after the collision. The incident happened last March 10, 2022.
According to the investigation of San Fernando Police, the lady and her son go outside to buy something from a store and about to return home when the incident happened. The two were rushed to the nearest hospital.
On March 18, 2022, the rider voluntarily surrendered to the police authorities. The motorist explained that he did not stop to check the victim due to fear of facing charges and getting beaten by residents.
According to the police authorities, the rider and the victim’s family have made an agreement and settled the issue. The motorist would also shoulder the hospital bills of the victims.
