BTS Member Jin Underwent Surgery Due to Finger Injury

BTS member Jin suffered an injury in his left index finger during his daily activities, current condition revealed.

BTS or also known as the Bangtan Boys is one of the most popular South Korean boy bands in the world. The group has been formed in 2010 and debuted in 2013. They popularized various hit songs and dance craze.

Last year, BTS becomes one of the most controversial topics on social media after McDonald’s launched BTS Meal. The meal receives a warm welcome from different countries in Asia and even causes chaos in numerous fast-food branches.

On Saturday (March 19, 2022), the Big Hit Music announced that the member of the popular Korean boy group BTS just underwent surgery for a finger injury. He suffered damage on the tendons.

Jin reportedly suffered an injury during his daily activities and rushed the nearest hospital last Friday (March 18) for immediately treatment and medication. The tendons of his finger has been damaged, which required a surgery.

The surgery becomes successful but the boy-band member need some time for recovery. The Korean artist will take a rest until his full recovery before resuming to this activity, according to the agency. The Kpop member has been discharged from the hospital on Saturday morning.

 “The surgery went well according to the doctors. Jin was discharged from the hospital on the morning of Saturday, March 19, and has been resting. He will wear a cast for the time being for stabilization and a speedy recovery. Jin will focus on rest and treatment to fully recover from the injury and to resume his activities in good health. We will continue to provide support for the rapid recovery of Jin, placing our highest priority on the health and safety of our artists. Thank you,” Big Hit Music stated.
