A disappointed driver warned the public against alleged corrupt traffic enforcers apprehending private vehicles in Pasig City.
Nowadays, corruption becomes one of the most common types of crimes not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. Extortion is a form of corruption, which has corresponding sanctions and penalties.
Throughout the years, many motorists have been complaining against traffic enforcers and cops who were extorting money from them. Corruption still happens despite the government’s effort to eradicate corruption.
The Facebook page “VISOR” has shared the video footage of a disappointed rider informing the public regarding alleged corrupt traffic enforcers. The video goes viral online and elicits comments from the netizens.
In the video, a netizen named Joshua de Belen warned his fellow motorists passing along Jenny’s Avenue in Pasig City due to alleged corrupt traffic enforcers apprehending and trapping private vehicles.
Joshua advised the drivers of private vehicles to avoid passing in the area because traffic enforcers were hiding underneath the trees. The road personnel will apprehend and give violation ticket to the private vehicles who will pass in the area.
The enforcers claimed that the street heading to Marikina is a one-way road. Other netizens clarified that it has been a one-way road for a while now.

““Jenny’s Avenue po ito sa Pasig City, papuntang Marikina at papuntang Ortigas. Literal na hindi nakakapasok ang private cars, at yung mga traffic enforcers nakatago sa puno. Once na lumiko ka, may papara agad sa yo. Private vehicles po ang hinuhuli; ang mga public vehicles po pinapadaan nila. Hindi rin kami sure kung bakit close at ginawang one-way ang daanan na yan papuntang Marikina.”
