Comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz reacted to his bashers threating him to boycott his social media accounts becuase of the fact that he is a Kakampink.

The term Kakampink was coined for supporters of Vice President Leni Robredo when she chose the color pink as their team’s color Several celebrities have already expressed support for VP Leni’s presidential candidacy and one of them is Ogie.

The talent manager has been open about his political views and he is not afraid to share what he believes on his social media accounts despite the fact that some celebrities close to him are on the other side, just like his kumare Aiko Melendez, who is supporting UniTeam’s Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte.

Ogie is not afraid getting bashed as well because of fighting for his political views. Just recently, based on the article in Balita.net.ph, the comedian-talent manager received a threat from his bashers.

He shared that those who do not like that he is a Kakampink are campaigning to boycott his YouTube channel and other social media pages. However, Ogie Diaz expressed no fear regarding this.

I-boycott daw ang YouTube channel at FB ko, dahil #kakampink daw ako. Gow! Hahaha! Gusto ko, happy kayo!” he said.

On February 26, Ogie became a trending topic on social media sites because he hosted the political rally of VP Leni Robredo in Iloilo City.

During the event, he said that in the past, political rallies are “raker” for many celebrities. However, Ogie Diaz stressed that this is not the case anymore. He said that he did not receive even a “singkong duling” from VP Leni for endorsing her presidential candidacy.

Ogie also said that those people who attended the rally of Kakampink candidates in Iloilo City were not “hakot”.
