VICE GANDA – Kapamilya star and host, Vice Ganda treats two strangers for a shopping spree as his way to share his blessings.
“It’s Showtime” host Vice Ganda acknowledged that at present times, many people are setting aside their shopping for the sake of putting other more important things on top of their list. The pandemic has greatly affected a big fraction of people in the country and many remained suffering due to the pandemic situation.
And as his way of giving back and sharing his blessings, an idea came to his mind. He said, “Maraming tao ang gusto ulit maka-experience ng shopping but since marami silang pina-prioritize sa paggamit ng pera, sini-skip nila for more important things to do.”
Since everyone is deserving, he thought to just randomly select anyone who displays a good smile. A friend of his suggested that people from working are deserving and by chance, as he strolled the streets, he found two bank employees who immediately hitched to his car and agreed to do his idea.
“Ang pinaka-criteria ko lang, gusto kong makakita ng naka-smile. ‘Yung ngiti talaga nag-aattract siya ng positivity, ng luck. Kaya keep on smiling,” he said. They went to a clothing and without any limits to the time or spendings, he let them pick and get whatever they want.
The ace comedian spent over Php 65,000.00 and apart from that, he also bought some toys for the younger members of the two employees’ families.
