Toni G Alleged P120M for Supporting BBM in Not True – Cristy Fermin

Cristy Fermin Defends Toni Gonzaga Over Alleged P120M for Supporting BBM

The entertainment columnist Cristy Fermin defended Toni Gonzaga and her alleged P120M million in exchange for support to Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr (BBM).

Toni G, a well-known presenter, and actress, reportedly got a ‘talent fee’ in exchange for hosting UniTeam presidential candidate Marcos Jr and his running partner Sara Duterte-proclamation Carpio’s event at the Philippine Arena last month. Toni’s endorsement of BBM is also included in the payout.

According to some claims Toni got up to 120-M with her hosting and sponsorship. However, seasoned journalist Cristy Fermin believes that the sum of hundreds of millions of dollars in exchange for Toni’s support is unfathomable.

“Ito namang kay Toni Gonzaga, unang-una po puro kwento-kwento lang. Wala po itong resibo, walang patotoo, hindi po pwedeng patunayan ‘to dahil unang-una, kung binayaran siya, aamin ba naman ‘yung partido na binayaran siya? Aamin din naman ba si Toni Gonzaga at ang kanyang pamilya na bayad siya dahil sa ibinibigay niyang suporta? Hindi po e,” said Cristy in her program Cristy Ferminute.

Toni doesn’t need to pay any more money, according to Cristy, especially because her husband is Direk Paul Soriano, a Marcos related. Atty’s nephew, Direk Paul, is a lawyer. Liza Marcos is a model and actress.

“Unang-una si Direk Paul, pamangkin siya ni Atty. Liza Marcos. Ako naman, hindi ko rin pinaniniwalaan ‘yung P120M,” said the entertainmen columnist.

Toni has yet to make a remark in response to the rumors. The actress was also chastised for her unexpected sympathy for the Marcoses, as previously reported. She also stepped down as the host of an ABS-CBN reality show after being chastised by some of his coworkers.
