Lady Netizen Slams Disrespectful Guests at Resort in Boracay

A lady netizen calls out the attention of a certain resort in Boracay for failing to control the disrespectful guests causing disturbance at the establishment.

A Facebook user named Alyana Yalong has shared the video footage and photos of disrespectful and inconsiderate guests causing disturbance towards other guests at the resort. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.

In the video, it can be seen that the guests were enjoying their party and seem to be having a commotion at the pool. The inconsiderate group causes disturbance and inconvenience to other guests at the resort.

Disrespectful Guests

Yalong said that the group received a lot of complaints from other guests. The resort employees together with the security team reprimanded the group but they seem to be stubborn and did not listen to the management.

The woman expressed her disappointment to the management for failing to control the group. Alyana and other guests tried talk to them in a respectful manner but the situation gets worse. The group even showed a disrespectful act them.

I’m not the type of person, posting issues on social media that can be settled amicably but this is TOO MUCH. I’m posting this on FB to catch the attention of the management of Henann Palm Beach Resort, Boracay!

They can’t even properly manage/control its customers especially marami ng natatanggap ng complaints from other guests. Mga lasing na at sobrang nakakadisturb na yung ingay nila. We approached and coordinated with the staffs but they can’t even handle them, same as with the security team. At ang isasagot lang sa amin, “napagsabihan na po sila Ma’am, marami na rin pong nagrereklamo”. That’s the point pero WALANG aksyon, We’re looking for the manager pero WALA rin. So disappointed. We’re trying to settle it in a proper way.

For me, hindi pwedeng KAMI yung mag-adjust for them, sa dami ng reklamo dapat sila ang mag-adjust.

To that group, You’re all so disrespectful! Kinausap kayo ng personal ng maayos end up, nagkantsawan pa sila at lalong nag-ingay, worst, kami pa ang mumurahanin. Wala silang decency at respeto sa kapwa nakacheck-in. May mga matanda at bata na gusto ng magpahinga. You’re even owning a portion of the swimming pool saying hindi kami pwede magswimming sa tapat ng room niyo. This is a HOTEL not a bar.

Disrespectful Guests

Nandito kami para magbakasyon at magrelax. Pinagtutulungan na kayo halos lahat ng nakacheck-in na paalisin ng hotel because of your not well educated manners.

To all our friends who saw the vids asking kung kami yung nasa video na trending ngayon sa tiktok, yes. kami po yun. We’re a very low key family but this is too much.”
