Today a lady died while trying to cross the highway. She crossed under the footbridge.

I feel sad for the family of the lady but also for the driver who might face reckless imprudence charges.

Being arrested for reckless Imprudence doesn’t mean you’re guilty. It’s often just part of the investigation process. It’s for the courts to decide guilt.
