Lady Netizen Seeks Help From Raffy Tulfo After Policemen Arrest Her Brother Helping Victim of ‘Pambubugbog’
A lady netizen is seeking help from Raffy Tulfo after the police officers arrested her brother who was just helping a ‘Pambubugbog’ victim.
A netizen named Regine Talle is seeking help from the radio broadcaster Raffy Tulfo after cops allegedly arrested her brother for just helping another man being mauled. The post elicits comments from the netizens.
Regine narrated that her brother saw a man being beaten by six unidentified. He decided to help the latter as the suspects immediately run away after the police authorities arrive at the scene.
Unfortunately, the policemen arrest Talle’s brother without any hesitation and did not even listen to his explanation. The cops brought him to the police station for detention without conducting an investigation.
Talle also reported that her father has been jailed for filing a complaint against the police officers who arrested her sibling.
