Andi Eigenmann shared that she felt relieved knowing her family and friends on the island are safe. However, she said that it would take time for the island to go back to normal.

“The island is completely devastated and it would take time before Siargao recovers. All the help would be very much appreciated. And thank you to everyone who have been working tirelessly to organize sending in relief goods, supplies, medical help and to all those who have donated,” she wrote.
