Video of Batang Hamog Group Stealing Parts From Truck During Traffic Earns Criticisms Online
A group of batang hamog has been caught on camera stealing spare parts and a battery of truck stuck at a traffic congestion.
Nowadays, robbery has been one of the most common types of crimes not only in the Philippines but also in various countries all around the world. Lack of job opportunities and poverty pushed some individuals to commit crime just to earn money.
The rate of criminality continue to increase despite the stricter rules and regulations being implement by the government.
A Facebook user named Abby Bernardo has shared the video footage of a several male teenagers stealing parts of a truck during traffic. The video immediately spread like a wildfire online.
In the video, it can be seen that a group of male teenagers were gathered in the middle of the road. After a few moments, the young suspects have started to ransack the truck and took some parts of it.
One of the teens successfully stole the truck’s battery and the other one tried to cut steel bars from the truck. The vehicle eventually moved and leave the area after the traffic lights turned green.
The group of batang hamog leave the area as if nothing happened and tried to look for another victim.
