LTO to Open “Juan Stop, Juan Go” Express Lane for Motorcycle Delivery Riders
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) will implement “Juan Stop, Juan Go” project aiming to give express lane exclusive for motorcycle delivery riders.
The LTO has reached an agreement with Grab and Food Panda, two motorcycle courier companies, to officially launch the “Juan Stop, Juan Go” initiative. During the ongoing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in the country, the program is an express lane just for the specified company’s delivery riders.

A one-stop-shop facility, including an expedited lane in chosen LTO district or extension offices, will be opened under the Juan Stop, Juan Go program to assist delivery riders with their licensing and registration needs with LTO. The Juan Stop, Juan Go will be available to all delivery riders, regardless of delivery provider affiliation.
“With the pandemic, we are living in a new normal and the riders provided the services we needed that is why we also consider them as frontliners,” said LTO Assistant Secretary Edgar Galvante at the signing of the agreement.
On December 6, 2021, the LTO Cainta Extension Office will open a Juan Stop, Juan Go Express Lane to start the project. The LTO has yet to release a list of its branches/extension offices that will be able to assist with the Juan Stop, Juan Go program.
