Princess Punzalan Reenacts Selina Matias’ Evil Laugh On Mula Sa Puso
PRINCESS PUNZALAN – Former actress Princess Punzalan, who is now based in the US, recrated her signature evil laugh in ‘Mula Sa Puso.’
Filipina actress Pincess Punzalan rose to fame after she starred in the 1997 Kapamilya drama series ‘Mula Sa Puso’ starring Claudine Barretto, Rico Yan, and Jaclyn Jose. She’s best remembered as the heartless villainess Selina Matias in the tv series.
Selina was her first antagonist role and it proved to be a successful endeavor. In 2005, she decided to leave the entertainment business.
Princess Punzalan she was able to make a comeback in 2016 through the OFW tv series ‘The Story Of Us.’ Her most recent appearance was in the international film ‘Yellow Rose’ where she worked with fellow Pinoys Lea Salonga and Eva Noblezada.

On November 25, 2021, Princess Punzalan recreated her iconic scene from ‘Mula Sa Puso.’ The scene showed her character watch the bus that carried Via (Claudine) get blown up.
Selina was the mastermind of the explosion. She lent out an evil laugh believing that she had killed Via. She even became teary -eyed in her happiness. She shared the video on her Instagram account.
In the caption of the post, she wrote: “In this scene from “Mula Sa Puso,” Selina Matias has deep hatred for Via and her mother Magda. She signals to have the bus Via was on to blow up. After the explosion, she sees Magda losing it because Via was in the bus.”
