In a recent article in Manila Bulletin, details of the said reunion project of John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo were revealed. The said project is for a popular Pinoy fast food chain.
Just recently, Jollibee teased about this. “One of the country’s most iconic pairs is now part of the Jollibee family! Are you as hyped as we are? #JLCBeaForJollibee,” the company stated in a post.
The video teased about the return of the popular tandem on the big screen. “The much-awaited return of Philippine Cinema’s Iconic Pair for Jollibee’s Iconic Perfect Pair,” it said.
This promotion encourages fans to watch out for the “One True Pair” movie. The newest project of John Lloyd and Bea is set to stream on December 1 exclusively on Jollibee Studios YouTube Channel.
Meanwhile, fans are also waiting for the reunion project of the tandem with Direm Cathy Garcia Molina. Before John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo transferred to the Kapuso netwokr, there had been rumors about this, however, in a recent interview,
Direk Cathy said that she is still open to working with the tandem as long as Star Cinema will be part of it.
The prominent director was the one who directed the hit movies One More Chance and A Second Chance of Bea and John Lloyd.
