The Filipino nominees in the 26th Asian TV Awards. Here’s the complete list!

26TH ASIAN TV AWARDS – The Asian Television Awards finally announces the official nominees for this year and here are the Filipino nominees.

The nominees for this year’s Asian TV Awards have reached 300 nominations across 51 categories in Short Video and Social, Digital, Technical and Creative, Performance, and Programming. The winners will be determined by a distinguished panel of judges from Asia’s booming media industry and will be announced on December 10 and 11.

Out of the nominees, several from the Philippine local industry have been included and received the nomination. Sing Galing is nominated for the Best Adaptation of an Existing Format category. This program is co-produced by TV5, CS Studios, and Cignal Entertainment. TV5 notched another nomination for their program Usapang Real Life in the Best Talk Show category hosted by Luchi Cruz Valdes which ran from August to November 2020.

CNN Philippines and the government-owned TV station PTV4 also received nominations while GMA got the nomination in the Best 2D Animated Programme category for Pinoy A+: Filipino Stories for Kids.

Best News Presenter/Anchor:
