Netizens have been talking about Paolo Contis due to this

Kapuso actor Paolo Contis became a trending topic once again on social media but it is not because of a controversy.

To recall, for several days, the name of Paolo created a buzz online. It is because of the controversy surrounding his breakup with his former partner actress LJ Reyes. The former couple had been together for six years and they have a daughter.

Paolo even got more controversial when he admitted that it was him, and his A Faraway Land leading lady Yen Santos who were in a viral video that was taken in Baguio. The summer capital of the Philippines became a viral topic as well as the phrase “as a friend” due to his statement that he and Yen just went there as friends.

On Tuesday, Paolo Contis trended on Twitter again. However, it was not due to a controversy. It is because netizens saw the resemblance between him and a sculpture in a video by BTS member J-Hope. The sculpture is an art piece at Leeum Museum. It is a huge sleeping head called the “Mask II” by artist Ron Mueck.

Because of this, several Pinoy netizens and fans of BTS tweeted about Paolo. There were also netizens who said that they got curious why the Kapuso actor is trending on the micro-blogging social media site and they realized it was due to his look-alike piece of art.

Here are some of the comments from netizens.

Meanwhile, in the latest interview that Boy Abunda did with LJ Reyes, she revealed that after her breakup with Paolo Contis, the actor has not contacted her until now.
