Janus del Prado reacted to the public apology that Paolo Contis did

Actor Janus del Prado lauded fellow actor Paolo Contis after he issued a public apology regarding the issues that came after his breakup with his former partner actress LJ Reyes.

Following the breakup confirmation that LJ did through an interview on King of Talk Boy Abunda’s YouTube channel, Paolo broke his silence a few days after that. He said sorry to LJ, to her son Aki, and to their daughter Summer.

Paolo also apologized to veteran showbiz personalities Lolit Solis and Cristy Fermin who were dragged into the issue as they were defending him. The actor also clarified that his A Faraway Land leading lady Yen Santos was not the reason for the breakup and that she was with him in Baguio “as a friend.”

This public apology of Paolo Contis and his admission of his mistake received a comment from Janus del Prado. Through his recent Instagram post, Janus lauded Paolo.

He said that it is a good thing that the Bubble Gang actor acknowledged his mistakes and did not justify his action, neither had he retaliated. Janus also commended Paolo for accepting the negative reactions against him because of what he did. To recall, Paolo even said that bashers and trolls can address all the hate comments to him and not to anyone else.

In the caption of the post of Janus, he stressed that people should not just concentrate on the mistakes that a person did but also the right thing that he or she has done.
