The baby boy was reportedly sighted in Sto. Tomas’ Barangay Casili Ilocos Sur, Domingo. They were on their way to the trip when they got lost, according to Judeth Balmaceda, the lady who rescued the baby boy, and she heard a baby sobbing.
They returned to the area with her parents, believing that it was an infant she had heard, and sought for the cry. After a few minutes, they discovered that the baby’s bag had been opened rapidly and the child’s lips were going black.
According to the report, the infant was wailing and was sent to the hospital right away for immediate treatment. As a result, the baby is in good health and is being closely monitored at the hospital, Balmaceda said during an interview.
The baby’s whereabouts are being investigated by the police. Police will look for CCTV near the baby’s location in the hopes that someone got video of the toddler wearing a bag identical to the one seen on him.
