Wedding Reception in Cebu Goes Viral as Guest Continue Eating Under Heavy Rain
Video footage of a wedding reception in Cebu showing guests still eating their meal under the heavy rain elicits reactions from the online community.
Trevor Baran Ansela, a wedding coordinator, uploaded film footage of an interesting wedding celebration held in Lapu Lapu City, Cebu. The primary sponsors, as well as other visitors, can be seen hiding behind their umbrellas in the face of strong rains and merciless gusts, as seen in the video.
“BAHALAG MADALA SA PAYONG BASTA BUSOG. GUNIT, GUNIT LANG JUD UWAN RANA GUTOM NI AMO.. (We don’t care if we are carried away by the umbrellas as long as we are full. Hold on, hold on, it’s just rain and we are here because we are hungry.) ” wedding host Trevor Baran Ansela captioned his video.

The reception, according to Ansela, was held in an open area when it was raining heavily. He said that despite the bad weather, the pair was determined to keep the event going.
From the commencement of the ceremony until dinner, the occasion was sadly overshadowed by a storm. However, because of the guests’ optimistic attitude, they enjoy their supper despite the heavy rain, and the host continues with the entertainment.
Even though it was raining, he claims that everyone just enjoyed the night’s festivities. He stated that it was his responsibility as a host to provide light to the occasion despite the uncooperative weather. He may also be heard cheering up everyone who has been drenched in the storm.
