This year, Gretchen Barretto and business tycoon Tonyboy Cojuangco celebrated their 27th year and one of their secrets to stayng strong all these years: “Always listen to Mama. The Mama is always right.”
It is no secret that Gretchen is the mistress and for the length of years of being together, La Greta has learned and heard a lot and made her a “proud kabit” as she said previously. They have been through a lot of issues such as Greta being “Kabit” and “Gold-Digger”.
With all those foul words against her, this is what accordingly told her, “Dada, they said, I’m a gold digger, and I’m your kabit. Sabi niya, ‘Baba, you did not dig gold. I handed it to you. Can I have it back?’ I said, ‘No way. You have to dig it back!’”
She has also already accepted that she will never become a Mrs. Cojuangco. Tonyboy is the co-vice-chairman of Okada Manila hotel, president of All Seasons Hotel and Resort Corp., director of Tiger Resorts Leisure and Entertainment, and chairman of Cinemalaya Foundation and Ballet Philippines. He is still married to equestrienne Denise Yabut-Cojuangco.
And just recently, in a clip she shared online, she captioned it “big revelation” where can be heard saying that she has always been the most beautiful. Tonyboy said, “Ang dami-daming babae dito pero sa totoo lang, si Gretchen pa rin ang pinakamaganda.”
In the comment section, their only daughter commented, “I have the cutest parents in the world♥️”
