The Philippine authorities and government have been enforcing stricter rules and regulations but the rate of criminality continues to increase over the past few years.

The Facebook page “Philippines CCTV & DASH CAM Spotted” has shared the video footage of heartless suspects who stole the motorcycle of a poor rider. The video garnered various reactions from the netizens.

In the video, it can be seen that the motorcycle rider arrived at the gasoline station to fill his tank. The gasoline boy took a few minutes before coming out of the booth to assist the customer.

After a few moments, several motorists arrived and took the rider’s motorcycle by force. The helpless rider had no choice but to surrender his bike to the heartless suspects. The culprits immediately leave the station after performing their illegal activity.
