Netizens Slam Security Guard Over Alleged Harsh Treatment to Delivery Rider
A disrespectful security guard earned criticisms and negative reactions online over alleged harsh treatment towards delivery rider.
Delivery workers are surely experiencing hardships and difficulties performing their job especially when dealing with ill-mannered customers. Clients should be more respectful and considerate towards hardworking riders.
A Facebook user named Stefhaniel Ong – Syoktong has shared the video footage of a security guard who allegedly treat him harshly. The video goes viral and garnered criticisms from the social media users.
In the video, it can be seen that Ong is sorting his bookings and worked hard to deliver the orders of his customers to earn money. The delivery employee seems to be enjoying his job until something unexpected happened.
After a few moments, Stefhaniel arrived at a subdivision to deliver the order of his customer. The order has been already paid but he could not contact his client leaving him no choice but to ask the subdivision guard.
The first guard respectfully told him to wait while checking the orders and instructed him to proceed to another security personnel for the turnover of the parcel. He immediately proceeds and approached the security.
Unfortunately, the second guard harshly treats the rider after hearing his request. The security personnel initially refused to receive the item but eventually accept it after Ong explained that the other guard approved it.
