The Realme 8s 5G was announced on September 9, 2021, and released on September 13, 2021. The 5G-ready smartphone features a 6.5 inches screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution.

The dimension of the device is 162.5 x 74.8 x 8.8 mm and weighs 191 grams. It is available in two colors: Purple and Blue.

Realme 8s 5G is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 810 5G (6 nm) processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Mali-G57 MC2. It runs on the Android 11 + Realme UI 2.0 operating system. It is integrated with 6GB and 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

The rear side of the Realme 8s 5G sports a triple-camera that consists of 64-megapixel (wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) + 2-megapixel (depth) with features like HDR, LED flash, and panorama. For selfies, the phone comes with a 16-megapixel front camera.
