Aj Raval with 2 Viva Artists Revealed Experiencing Anxiety Attack Due to Bashers, Pandemic

AJ RAVAL – Young actress along with her two co-artists in Viva revealed an anxiety attack experience due to pandemic and inconsiderate bashers.

After collaborating on the Vivamax hit “Taya,” the new girl trio of Viva, AJ Raval, Jela Cuenca, and Angeli Khang are now known as the “Viva Babes.” The three stated that the pandemic had a negative impact on their mental health during a Zoom media con hosted for them.

According to Jela, she has had a nervous breakdown as a result of a variety of issues in both her professional and personal lives. She emphasized that the pandemic was to blame for these issues and that it had exacerbated them.

“Nagbe-breakdown talaga ako especially this time, ang daming dumating na problem sa akin, hindi lang about sa showbiz, also in my personal life. Siyempre, hindi naman maiwasang dadating ang mga problema lalo na ngayong pandemic,” Jela said.

Angeli suffered from anxiety, but she refused to talk about it, claiming that she couldn’t suit other people’s expectations of her. “Just be yourself, as long as wala kang tinatapakan, good na ‘yun,” said the girl.

Aj, on the other hand, said that harsh comments have followed her since she first began her career in show business. She claims to have read and heard unpleasant comments all over the place.

“Naka-receive po ako ng mga hindi magagandang komento galing sa mga tao. Inaatake po nila ‘yung appearance ko. Naapektuhan po ako sa mga sinabi nila. Nag-i-start pa lang po ako that time pero parang gusto ko na rin pong umayaw,” Aj said.

She overcame it, however, and now admits that she is improving. She claimed that she had learned to love herself more and to disregard those kinds of people, arguing that they were insecure.

“Ngayon po, mas nagiging okay po ako, mas natutunan ko pong mahalin ang sarili ko at huwag pansinin ‘yung mga ganu’ng klaseng tao kasi sa totoo lang, ‘yung mga ganun’g klase ng tao, sila ‘yung matataas ang level of insecurity kaya binabato nila sa ibang tao,” the young actress said.

AJ has adjusted to the new normal, and even Jela and Angeli are fine now, so they are ignoring those who criticize them. As long as they work and don’t harm others, they’ll be fine.

The three’s popularity appears to be growing, as seen by the positive response to Roman Perez, Jr.’s film “Taya,” which was also successful. Knowing the Del Rosarios, the performers are provided fast follow-up if the film earns and works well.

Meanwhile, Katya Santos, Andrea del Rosario, Jen Rosendahl, Gwen Garci, Myles Hernandez, Kristine Jaca, Hazel Cabrera, Sheree, Pam Sarmiento, and Maui Taylor were discovered as the three prospective heirs of Viva Hot Babes from the initial batch.
