Kris Bernal continues to give back to the community
Actress Kris Bernal is still giving food donations to frontliners despite her business is not doing well amid the pandemic.
Just like many businesses in the Philippines, Kris is also having a hard time managing her restaurant business. However, the actress shared in one of her recent Instagram post, that what she is going through is not a hindrance to continue helping other people.
She believes that sharing the things that one has accomplished is more important thing than achieving things. “It’s about what I have given back. And, that’s what fuels my soul,” Kris Bernal shared.
For her, business is not just the “abundance of money” as she stressed that it is also about giving back and sharing to others. “Did you know? We take part in sending out meals regularly. We donate where we can. We giveaway our excess to reduce food waste,” the actress revealed.
Kris also showed appreciation to people who helped her business survive in this difficult time. She is grateful that there are still loyal customers who choose their restaurant and with this, she is able to share also.
The actress also encouraged everyone to make donations as much as they can. “Remember the impact you make everytime you shop small, shop local, and shop for a cause,” she said. Kris Bernal also thanked her fiancé businessman Perry Choi for helping her in this endeavor.
The post of the actress included several photos showing the frontliners who received food donations from her and her business. Several netizens who commented on this post of the actress lauded her for her good intention to help other people. “Good job Kris!
