The Nokia XR20 was officially announced on July 27, 2021. The 5G-ready smartphone supports Single SIM (Nano-SIM) or Hybrid Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
It is powered by the Qualcomm SM4350 Snapdragon 480 Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Adreno 619. XR20 runs on the Android 11 operating system.
Nokia XR20 is packed with 4 GB and 6 GB RAM options while the internal storage has 64 GB and 128 GB options. The storage option can be expanded up to 512 GB using an extra memory card via a dedicated card slot.
Nokia XR20 measures 171.6 x 81.5 x 10.6 mm and weighs 248 grams. It has the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It features a 6.67 inches screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution.
The 5G-ready smartphone sports a dual-camera setup at the back comprising of a 48-megapixel (wide) + 13-megapixel (ultrawide) sensor with features like Zeiss optics, Dual-LED dual-tone flash, second LED flash, HDR, and panorama. It has a tiny punch-hole screen that houses an 8-megapixel (wide) camera.
XR20 is powered by a 4630 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + fast charging 18W + fast wireless charging 15W. It was launched in Granite Gray and Ultra Blue colors.
Sensors on the phone include fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and barometer. It also features USB Type-C 3.0, NFC, GPS with dual-band A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, GALILEO, QZSS, NavIC, and Bluetooth 5.1.
