Here is the reaction of John Estrada to the decision of Derek Ramsay to end their friendship
John en Ellen lead actor John Estrada reacted to the statement of Kapuso actor Derek Ramsay that they are no longer friends after the issue on the sitcom involving actress Ellen Adarna.
The statement of Derek that he and John are not friends anymore came after the rumored walkout of Ellen from the set of the TV5 sitcom. In an interview by comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz on his Showbiz Update vlog, Derek clarified the side of his fiancée and defended her from the allegations against her.
In the same interview, Derek Ramsay said he ended his friendship with John Estrada. The Kapuso actor admitted that what happened to Ellen on the set of John en Ellen was part of the reason for his decision.
In a recent vlog of Ogie, he shared that he reached out to John to air his side regarding what Derek said about them. The sitcom actor said that it is fine that Ogie interviewed Derek.
“Kilala mo ako, matagal na, so ‘yun na lang ‘yun,” Ogie relayed what John said to him. Then, the comedian-talent manager said to the actor that their friendship is “sayang”.
“Six years din yung friendship namin pero ganun talaga. Tinuring ko siyan parang kapatid ko. Kung ganun lang tinging niya sa pagkakaibigan naming e wala na akong magagawa,” John Estrada said as what Ogie Diaz related.
The comedian-talent manager said that was just the statement of John regarding the statement of Derek and that he does not want to speak anymore regarding the issue.
On the other hand, Ogie shared screenshots of the comments from Derek and John, as well as Ellen on the post of John en Ellen director Willy Cuevas. Ogie said that this might be the start in restoring the friendship between Derek Ramsay and John Estrada.
