Jessica Soho Not to Pursue Partnership with Nas Daily Due to Issue in the Philippines
Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho (KMJS) team has withdrawn the partnership project with Palestinian-Israeli vlogger Nas Daily due to issues in the Philippines.
On Facebook, veteran journalist Jessica Soho revealed that she and her team had decided to abandon their plans to collaborate with Palestinian-Israeli vlogger Nuseir Yassin, also known as Nas Daily. It should be noted that Yassin has been under fire for some days as a result of the allegations leveled against him.
According to the claims against him, he only uses Filipinos to make money online. Soho announced his impending online course on Yassin’s EdTech website, Nas Academy, prior to the aforementioned issue.

Yassin was even interviewed on Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho’s (KMJS) magazine show, where he stated that Filipinos should be “mad” over the country’s difficulties. However, Yassin would lose his new partner in the Philippines due to the aforementioned issue.
Because of what happened, Soho has announced that the Jessica Soho Academy would be discontinued. Yassin’s camp informed them that they are still working on the issue, including his issue with Kalinga tattoo artist Apo Whang-Od who would have been one of those to be featured at Nas Academy.
“In light of recent events, and after our team’s series of communications with Nas Academy, we decided and mutually agreed not to pursue the Jessica Soho course,” the Facebook statement said.
“Nas Academy has informed us that they are working with the NCIP. (National Commission on Indigenous Peoples) We hope for the resolution of all issues raised,” the statement added.
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray’s camp has informed that new candidates for their online course at Nas Academy will no longer be accepted. In solidarity of Whang-Od, another well-known vlogger, Panlasang Pinoy, backed out of a claimed collaboration with Nas Academy.
