YAM CONCEPCION – Kapamilya actress Yam Concepcion shares her sweet and sincere wedding in a video and netizens have these reactions.
Last July 24, “Init Sa Magdamag” actress Yam Concepcion tied the knot with Miguel Cuunjieng in a simple civil wedding by the yacht attended by their closest family and friends. They were engaged for a couple of years already but it was just this year that they announced and talked openly about it. Through the years, they managed a long distance relationship and worked for them because they trust each other and maintain a constant communication.

And now that they are married, Yam has no plan of leaving her career in the show business industry. She wanted to enjoy the both worlds of being a wife and being an actress. She seems still in matters like this because her husband has always been so supportive of her career.
As for the wedding preparation, she was the one who was really hands-on and many people loved the simple details of the ceremony. The wedding details such as held in a yacht down the Hudson River, minimal and neutral details, her simple ready-to-wear gown, her make-up, and Tiny’s role, their dog, are just some of the details admired by the netizens.
And just recently, the actress shared a video which contained the highlights of the celebration. In the video, she was emotional while saying her vows. She started about their relationship that went through a long distance “tested by time and life’s uncertainties”. She expressed that their love is much more of a choice than a feeling.
It also turned out that where they held their wedding is also the same place that they’ve had their first date. She furthered in her vow, “From this day forward, it won’t be just you alone or me alone, but us.”
As for Miguel, he shared that what he admires most in his wife is her courage and strength which he hoped their future children will inherit. Miguel also said in his vows, “I promise to revisit and reshape these vows to you as I’ve known for a very long time that you are the one for me.”
And towards the end of it, Miguel opened the letter he gave Yam five years ago. It contains his message of love for her and right before the people during the wedding, he read it for her and for everyone to hear.
