An extension of their home is the new condo unit Doug Kramer and his family own.
DOUG KRAMER – The newly-finished condo unit of Team Kramer looks much like an extension of their huge mansion and here’s a peek of it.
Of black, wood, and gray, the huge mansion that shelters Team Kramer is the real house goal. It is perfectly situated in an elevated area, with multiple floors, and the highlight of it is its infinity pool with the grand view the city. It was two years in the making and the jaw-dropping details of this surely explain why it took that long for them to complete it. Also, it is so huge that it would really take a long time to build it.
The overall look of the house feels modern and cozy. It has glass and wood panels and considering how huge it is, they invested in using solar panels to avoid facing expensive electricity bills. Apart from the interiors and all the pieces inside it, they also spent on a water filtration system for clean and safe water from the tap to drink.
The house has an industrial-type of the dirty kitchen where everything was made out of stainless steel. There’s a play room and study room for their children, a theater room, a huge master’s bedroom, and spacious space for their helpers. And what seemingly looked like an extension of their home is their newly renovated condo unit, one of their investments.
Doug shared in his latest IG post a condo unit they purchased years ago which they transformed to look exactly like their home. The unit looks cozy and modern in the combination of black and wood. They commissioned Vianca Anonuevo-Favila and Nikko Sotoridona of Gussy Design to co-design the interiors of the condo unit.
Even Doug said that it really looks similar to their home. It was turned over to them a year ago and he’s happy because their investment, hard work, and sacrifice have been paid off. And for those who are asking them about financial advice, they only have one answer to it and that is sacrifice. They always put their needs over wants and they took advantage of those times when “cash flows are coming in”.
But above it all, he added, “Obviously, this would all be meaningless and impossible without God’s grace and God’s perfect timing in everything.”
