Andrea Torres pledges her loyalty to the Kapuso network
Kapuso actress Andrea Torres said that she has never thought of transferring to other networks and she said this as her pledge of loyalty for GMA-7.
Andrea has paved her way to stardom as one of the most sought-after leading actresses of GMA-7. From doing modeling and commercial stints, she has become one of the primetime stars of the Kapuso network.
Currently, her series Legal Wives with Dennis Trillo, Alice Dixson, and Bianca Umali, is airing on the primetime slot. Based on the article in Inquirer Entertainment, while her new series is still airing, several projects are already lining up for her.
Andrea Torres shared that some of these upcoming projects might have received a “no” answer from her in the past. “There are roles and projects I have never done before, and I think the fans will be surprised … I’m now more open to challenges because I have grown more in touch with myself. It’s clear now what I can and can’t do,” the Kapuso star said.
She added that the pressure to deliver is there always. With this, she tries to transform the pressure into her inspiration to have a good output. Andrea said that she has been pushing herself so that her performance will satisfy her viewers.
Then, Andrea expressed her loyalty to her home network by saying that she never thought of leaving and signing a contract with another network. The actress values what her home network is doing for her and it is beyond what she is expecting.
“I never thought of that because the guidance of the network and our bosses goes beyond work. That humbles me because they do things for me that they don’t need to,” Andrea Torres said.
Meanwhile, the Kapuso actress said that it would be exciting that the rumored sitcom with John Lloyd Cruz will push through. She also said that it would be nice to have the chance to work with Bea Alonzo who is now a contract artist of GMA-7. Andrea admitted that she admires the two former Kapamilya stars.
