Famous personality Kris Aquino shares a secret she’s been keeping before her brother died.
KRIS AQUINO – Former actress Kris Aquino is now not afraid to appear in television and here’s a secret she finally shared that her family has been keeping for so long.
Former President Benigno Simeon “Noynoy” Aquino III died and it shocked the country. Since he stepped down as the country’s chief executive, he was not seen being in public and five years after it, he died which saddened millions of Filipinos. He died of renal disease secondary to diabetes and it was revealed previously that he refused to have a kidney transplant initially. He later agreed along with a condition that the organ must not come from anyone from his family or a child.

And still mourning over his death is their family’s bunso Kris Aquino. The famous female host shared that before his brother died, she is happy and contented because they were able to fix their issues. She’s happy thinking that they were in peace before he passed away.
Recently, in an Instagram post, Kris shared something about a family secret regrading her brother’s condition when he was still alive. She also expressed her gratitude to all the people who kept their silence about it. She said her “thank you” first to her friend Willie Revillame who was the one who did some work to convince GMA to get her as his co-host. This happened even before the first lockdown has been implemented.
She is also grateful to Annette Gozon Valdes and Joey Abacan for the opportunity that they gave her and her Shopee family. Kris added talking about her journey with her brother a little over a month before he died. Accordingly, he had this procedure and she was there waiting for hours just so she could see him. She also revealed that Noynoy was already “labas-masok” from the hospital since December 2019.
“The whole team at Makati Med were just so caring & compassionate and they did EVERYTHING to protect his privacy,” she expressed with so much appreciation not just for their professionalism but also their respect. She also stated, “…nakapag THANK YOU ako sa mga tahimik na nag alaga sa Kuya ko mula December 2019 nung labas masok na sya sa ospital.”
