Model and now Miss Universe Philippines 2021 contestant Maureen Wroblewitz revealed her expertise in this field that many people might not know about her.
Maureen rose to popularity after winning the fifth season of the famous modeling competition Asia’s Next Top Model. Because of this, she was able to receive offers to be the face of different brands.
This stint also gave her the chance to be one of the co-hosts in the longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga. Although there were intrigues that surfaced when she left the show, Maureen Wroblewitz clarified that it was a mutual decision between her and the management of the show.
She said in a previous interview that she had to focus on some projects that she wanted to prioritize. This year, Maureen signed a contract with Star Magic, the talent management company of ABS-CBN.
Aside from this new move for her career, she also grabbed the chance to be on the pageant stage. She was announced as one of the Top 10 delegates in the Miss Universe Philippines competition this year.
Just recently, the headshot voting was finished and she was able to be included in the Top 5 candidates with the highest votes. MUP just recently released also the introduction video of the candidates.
In her video, Maureen Wroblewitz revealed the hidden talent that she has. She’s an expert when it comes to make-up. The model and now aspiring beauty queen shared that she loves doing her own make-up and this is the reason why she loves Halloween.
Maureen also shared in the video that she is a “third culture kid”. She is a daughter of a German dad and a Filipina mom and she was born and raised in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The model also lived in Germany for six years. Maureen Wroblewitz also revealed that she worked as a gelato waitress before. “I described myself as weird, clumsy, and awkward. So you can imagine,” she said about herself.
