According to Galvez, Amada is said to be pretending as a dentist and operate without license and permit. Amada was arrested while trying to extract a tooth from a police asset.

Meanwhile, after posing as a dentist and luring his clients to cheaper dentures and retainers, a 21-year-old dental technician in Ramon, Isabela province, was cornered in an entrapment operation. After receiving marked money from the undercover agent who ordered her to construct a tooth retainer, the suspect was detained.

After members of the Philippine Dental Association Isabela – Kalinga Chapter protested about Soriano’s unlawful actions, the authorities initiated the entrapment operation. The woman who was detained accepts her mistake and asks for a second opportunity because her two girls are still young and have no one to look after them.
