KRIS AQUINO – Famous personality Kris Aquino has this post for the 40th day of her brother Noynoy Aquino and 12th death anniversary of Cory Aquino.
Late former president President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III is remembered 40 days after his passing on Sunday, August 1. And to mark his 40th day, over 40 Masses were also held nationwide throughout the day. It will also commemorate the 12th death anniversary of Aquino’s mother, former president Corazon “Cory” Aquino who passed away on 2009.

To recall, people were shocked with the news of Noynoy passing away. Since he stepped down as the country’s president, he was not seen since then. And to hear that he’s actually suffering from medical conditions that caused his untimely death was a big shock to many people. He died of renal disease secondary to diabetes.
A close friend of him has previously revealed that he was preparing for a kidney transplant before passing away and eyeing for a quiet life after that. However, he died on his sleep. He was initially hesitant for a transplant but he changed his perspective about it later on as long as it won’t come from any of his family and relatives or children.
And on the 40th day of his death which is also the 12th year of their mother’s death, Kris Aquino, the youngest of their family, wrote something on social media. Sure that her mother won’t mind her post posted on the time she died, she shared that she wanted to say and speak a lot of things but she is still waiting for that sign from her brother to finally speak up.
She expressed, “I know my brother will find a way to let “bunso” know when it’s time for all of you to hear the story from me of our journey- simply because all of you are a very special part of our journey, one i believe is a continuing one.”
She also thanked the people who did not let them feel that they are alone during that time. They are their great reminders that they are blessed to have Noy as their brother. She added that they will always be so proud of him, grateful for him, and they will love him forever. They are so lucky for their brother and parents.
