Carlo Katigbak Promises KathNiel & LizQuen Will Get "Best Projects"

Two of the biggest love teams in the country are assured by Carlo Katigbak to get projects that are the best.

CARLO KATIGBAK – ABS-CBN’s CEO and President, Carlo Katigbak assured KathNiel and LizQuen to receive the best projects.

The CEO and President of the ABS-CBN network is Carlo Katigbak who caught attention amid the legal battle for the network’s new franchise. In facing the giants, he showed grace and calmness and peacefully accepted the result when their bid has been junked. He handled the queries in a very smart way and also humbly apologized to President Duterte because of what happened to his political ads.

He is Carlo Joaquin Tadeo Lopez Katigbak and he graduated from Xavier School in San Juan and is a Management Engineering degree holder from Ateneo De Manila University. He is the cousin of Gabby Lopez and became the network’s president in 2016 when the corporation’s former president and CEO, Charo Santos-Concio retired.

And for those who stick with the network despite lack of franchise, he has nothing but this promise to them: To give them only the best roles. As much as we all know, love teams Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil (LizQuen), Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla (KathNiel), and many other stars remained while some already jumped off the ship.

He assured them with this vow during the ABS-CBN’s annual stockholder’s meeting as per PEP. Aside from these two love teams, big stars like Judy Ann Santos, Angel Locsin, and Vice Ganda also rallied for them and stayed. “Our big stars have made big sacrifice to stay with the network. We recognize their sacrifice and commitment and are most grateful and equality committed to them.”
